Moderate intense aerobic exercise for weight loss

If you perform moderately intense aerobic exercise, as a source of energy will be spent mostly fat and muscle glycogen is consumed slightly. Excess energy obtained from food will replenish spent fats. If performed simultaneously moderately intense aerobic and intense anaerobic exercise will be spent and fat stores and muscle glycogen. Consumed with food energy in the first place should go to replenish glycogen, and only then the excess will be stored as fat.
